Mestizo

Mestizo, the Spanish word for “mixed blood” celebrates the rich, historic culture created from the passionate merger of the Spanish conquistadors and the early indigenous people of the Southwest. Their offspring were called “mestizos”, which later became “Mexican”. This passionate red mixes the “bloods” of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, and softly “tangos” over the tongue with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, and essences of pepper, tobacco, leather, earth, and days gone by.
