POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Payment

Most orders will ship to you within 1-3 days to a week from the date that the order is received, however, based on demand your order could take 1-3 weeks for delivery. All payments must be received before orders will be shipped.

If you prefer to make your payment through a method other than credit card please contact us and we can discuss other options. If you need your items expedited please contact us and we will make special arrangements when possible. (Appropriate charges will be applied.)

Shipping

Items ship Monday-Friday except major holidays when the Post Office is closed. The cost of shipping domestically is dependent on your shipping address. All payments must be received before items will be shipped. If you need your shipping expedited let us know and we can make special arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges
